    • Henry Bazely Boxer got his name from another Royal navy captain, Henry Bazely. This man came from Dover as well.
      HBB shows as a 2nd Master on Naval lists on 19 April 1849.
      He was shipwrecked and spent some time in an open boat. As a result of this, his health was irreparably damaged and he died shortly afterwards. His death notice states that he was a member of the crew of HMS Alarm, the first ship of the Royal Navy to have a copper sheathed hull..
