  On her marriage cert, Louisa Catherine Fleet said her father was William Fleet, a sailor. Her birth cerificate gives her mother as Sarah Fleet with no mention of a father. As Sarah was 17 when Louisa was born, one would assume that she was illegitimate and brought up by William Fleet and his wife.
